Troy does a superb job cleaning and maintaining the chimney for our wood fireplace. He politely advises us on how often we should be cleaning the chimney based on our usage, making sure the house is safe from chimney fires, but that we are not overspending on cleanings. He always leaves the fireplace work area clean.

All of the employees were very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Lisa, the office manager was positive and quick to respond by phone or email about pricing, scheduling and paperwork. Both the inspection/chimney cleaning crew and the repair crew were excellent. They completed the work in a professional manner. Both crews made sure they left the job site picked up and clean.
